 1 tbsp Mustard (Optional)

Preheat a pan over medium heat, add fat then cook the Beef burgers for 3 minutes then flip and add cheese slices over the burgers and cover. cover for another 3 minutes.

Spread the buns with mayonnaise, mustard or ketchup as needed

Add the lettuce to the bun then add the beef burger, tomato and onions

P.S You can roast the buns while frying the burgers in the same pan.
