 200 g Tahira Bostana Mixed Vegetables
 2 cups Long grain rice
 4 cups Water
 2 tbsp Butter
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tbsp Curry powder

Wash the rice several times, then leave in warm water for 10 minutes.

In a saucepan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.

Add the vegetable and salt. Mix well and cover. Cook until defrosted over low heat.

Uncover and increase the heat. After the water evaporates add the rice. Stir well.

Now add the curry and Mix

Add water and wait to boil. Cover the Sauce and lower the heat.

Cook for 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Mix the rice with a fork before serving.
