Tahira Breaded Chicken Steak 800G

Ingredients: Salted chicken meat preparation: chicken meat 40,5%(so 26% on the recipe) water, chicken skin, vegetable fibres(of which wheat) and starch, salt, stabilisers: (E451, E452), maltodextrin, aromatic plants and spice, natural flavour, flavour enhancer E621, antioxidant E302, sugar.

Coating: wheat flour, water, wheat semolina, wheat gluten, wheat starch, salt, yeast, Sunflower oil.

 400 g Potato puree
 200 g Broccoli, cut large chunks
 200 g Babby carrots
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 2 tbsp Olive oil

Add the broccoli and carrots to boiling water. Boil for 11 minutes. then drain.

In a preheated oven at 350°F, bake Tahira Breaded Chicken Steak for 16 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

Pour the above mixture to the vegetables and mix well.

In a large plate, serve the chicken steak, vegetables and potato puree.

 400 g Potato puree
 200 g Broccoli, cut large chunks
 200 g Babby carrots
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
