 4 Burger buns
 ½ cup Parsley, Chopped
 1 Large onion, Thin Slices
  cup Tahini
  cup Yoghurt
 4 tbsp Lemon orange
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 2 Garlic cloves, Mashed
 ¼ tsp Cumin powder

In a preheated oven at 350°F bake the chicken grills for 15 minutes or until well cooked.

In a small bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, yoghurt, 1/2 tsp salt, cumin and garlic

In a separate bowl, combine the parsley, onion, 1/2 tsp salt and olive oil.

Cut a bun half, Add the parsley salad, then add a chicken steak and finish by topping with the tahini sauce.

Redo the above step for the remaining buns.
