Tahira Chicken Sausage with Tikka 500G

Ingredients: 48% mechanically separated chicken, water, 13% chicken, chicken fat, (WHEATFLOUR), chicken collagen, salt, mixed herbs and spices (contains: (MUSTARD)), emulsifier: E450, E452; flavour enhancer: E621; dried vegetables (garlic), anti-oxidant: E300, E316; modified potato starch: E1404; rapeseed oil uncured, yeast extract, aroma, hydrolyzed vegetable protein ((SOYA)), preservative : E250; coloring: E150a; potato starch, glucose syrup ((WHEAT)), onion oil.

 1 Pie crust
 6 Eggs
 1 cup Milk
 1 cup Spinach
 ½ cup Cheddar cheese, small cubes
 ½ tsp Nutmeg, powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper

Spread the pie crust in a pie plate.

In a large bowl, mix the milk and the eggs. Add spinach, sausage, cheese, salt, nutmeg and black pepper.

Pour the above mixture to the pie.

In a preheated oven at 375°F, bake the quiche for 35-40 minutes.

Set to rest for 10 minutes then it will be ready to be served.
