Tahira Chicken Sausages with Olives 500G

 300 g Pasta
 800 g Tins tomatoes, finely chopped
 1 Large onion, finely chopped
 2 Gloves garlic, finely sliced
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
 2 tsp Dried oregano
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper

In a large saucepan bring salted water to boil, then add the pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta

Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Then add the onions and cook until softened.

Add the sausages to the onions and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Then add garlic, vinegar, tomatoes, oregano to the saucepan and cook over low-medium heat for 20 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper to the sauce and mix well. Heat all for 5 minutes.

Ready to be served.
