 2 cups Chopped lettuce
 200 g Chopped tomatoes
 ½ cup Sweetcorn, drained
 ½ cup Walnut
 2 tsp Mustard
 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, sweetcorn, walnut.

In a separate bowl mix all the dressing ingredients: mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper.

Deep fry Tahira Fricandelle Halal Sausages at 456°F for 4 minutes.

Cool the sausages for 5 minutes.

chop the fried sausages.

Add the dressing to the mixed vegetables and sausages and mix.
