 1 Lemon Sliced
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 3 tbsp Butter
 1 tsp Cumin
 1 tsp Black pepper
 1 tsp All spices
 1 tsp Ginger, Mashed
 3 Garlic cloves, Mashed
  cup Fresh thyme and/or rosemary

Defrost and clean the chicken.

In a small bowl, mix the butter, vinegar, black pepper, salt, cumin, all spices, ginger, garlic and lemon zest.

Spread the above mixture all around the chicken.

Fill inside the chicken with lemon slices, and thyme/rosemary. Marinate for at least 4 hours (prefer overnight).

Preheat the oven at 400°F. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well cooked.

Serve with baked potatoes and garlic dipping.
