 ½ cup Milk
 ½ cup Yoghurt
 ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
 ½ tsp Orange zest
 ¼ cup Ice Cubes

In a blender add the dates, honey, milk, yoghurt, orange zest, vanilla extract and ice
