 400 g Tahira Shrimp Cooked Peeled
 1 cup All-purpose flour, Sifted
 1 cup Water, Ice cold
 1 Large egg, Beaten
 1 l Oil, For deep frying
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 ½ tsp Curry powder

Defrost the Shrimps and dry.

Heat the oil for deep frying.

In a bowl, mix the beaten egg, cold water, flour, salt, black pepper and curry.

Coat all the shrimps with the batter.

Remove any excess batter from the shrimps.

Add the shrimps to the hot oil. Fry until golden and crisp.

Very delicious with Soya sauce.

 1 cup All-purpose flour, Sifted
 1 cup Water, Ice cold
