Tahira Smoked Chicken Sausages 500G

Mechanically separated meat (42%chicken,21%turkey), water, chicken fat with skin, chicken meat 7%, potato starch, salt, spices, dextrose, stabilizers: E450,E262; antioxidant: E300; spice extracts, preservative: E250; in edible casing of bovine collagen,flavour, smoke.

 500 g Tahira smoked chicken sausages, cut into large chunks
 1 Large onion, Finely chopped
 2 Carrots
 1 Large potato
 3 cups Water
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 ½ cup Celery, Finely chopped
 ½ cup Fresh mushroom, sliced
 1 tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black peper

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the oil.

Add the onion, carrots, potatoes and stir for 3 minutes.

Then add the mushroom and the celery and stir for 7 minutes.

Finally add the sausages, salt, pepper and water. Bring to boil.

Lower the heat and cover the pot. Keep cooking for 30 minutes.

Ready to be served with baked bread.
