TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR E-GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY CAMPAIGNS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all e-gift card giveaway campaigns run by Tahira Foods Ltd. Campaign-specific details (including the prize value, entry start date, and closing date) are set out in the relevant announcement post on our social media channels and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

By entering a promotion (the “Promotion”) you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion on our social media channels form part of these terms and conditions.

THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is Tahira Foods Ltd, 3rd Floor, Front Office, 314 Regents Park Rd, London N3 2JX, United Kingdom. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control. This Promotion is not associated with any other company.

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

• Each Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. If chosen to win, participants must provide photographic evidence of ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) verifying their age.
• Employees, agents, or immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) of Tahira Foods Ltd, or anyone in the same household (related or not), or anyone professionally connected to a Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

• Entries will be accepted from the date of the relevant announcement post on our social media channels.
• The closing date and time for entries is stated in the relevant announcement post. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. However, entrants must have internet access and a valid public Instagram or Facebook account.
• To enter, participants must follow Tahira Foods on Instagram or Facebook, like the relevant giveaway post, and tag at least one friend in the comments of that post.
• Entries must not include or contain:
  • Obscene or indecent material, including but not limited to nudity, pornography, or profanity;
  • Defamatory content, including words or symbols widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group;
  • Content that promotes any political agenda;
  • Threats to any person, place, business, or group.
• Each Promotion is only available to consumers and not to any business or reseller. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. Entries made using automated means (e.g. ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or bots) will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
• No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed, or damaged data occurring during any communication or transmission of entries.

THE PRIZE

• One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the closing date of each Promotion, independently supervised. The winner must provide evidence that they are aged 18 years or over.
• The prize for each Promotion consists solely of the e-gift card described in the relevant announcement post.
• Prizes are available to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
• The e-gift card will be delivered via email. The Promoter will not replace the prize if it is sent to an incorrect email address provided by the winner.
• The winner will be contacted within 10 days of the competition closing via direct message on the platform used to enter. The winner will have 48 hours from the date the notification was sent to claim their prize.
• In the event that the winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the required time, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant.
• The prize is not transferable to another individual, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not reloadable. Any transfer of the prize by the winner will result in immediate disqualification.
• The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

DISQUALIFICATION

• The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant who it considers to have not complied with these terms and conditions, or who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of a Promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to require further verification of identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant before accepting an entry as valid, and to take all reasonable action to protect against fraudulent or invalid entries.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

• The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and county or region of residence of the winner.
• The winner may object to their details being published by contacting the Promoter at info@tahira.com.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

• All personal data submitted by the participant will be used solely for the purpose of operating this Promotion and for no other purpose, except where required by law. The Promoter may share such personal data with third parties directly involved in this Promotion. Personal data will be deleted after the end of the Promotion, save where the Promoter is permitted to retain it to comply with applicable law.
• A participant may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Promoter at info@tahira.com.

MISCELLANEOUS

• All the Promoter’s decisions relating to a Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence about the Promotion will be entered into.
• All participants take part in each Promotion at their own risk and to the fullest extent permissible by law. The Promoter accepts no liability with regard to entries and prizes, nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel any Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.
• The Promoter acknowledges that each Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Any information provided by a participant is provided to the Promoter and not to these platforms, which bear no responsibility for any element of a Promotion.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
• By entering a Promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

JURISDICTION / APPLICABLE LAW

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating, participants agree that any and all disputes regarding a Promotion will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
