 200 g Tahira beef mortadella with paprika, Chopped
 5 eggs
 ½ cup Fresh mushroom, Chopped
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Blask pepper

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.

Add the butter heat for 1 minute.

Add the eggs, the mushrooms, the chopped mortadella, salt and pepper.

Mix all well together and cook until eggs slightly golden.

Finally, sprinkle the spring onions over the eggs and serve
