 200 g Tahira Chicken Sausage with Peri Peri, Cut into small cubes
 350 g Macaroni
 1 cup cream
 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, Shredded
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Black pepper
 ½ tsp Nutmeg, powder

Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, then drain.

In a bowl add the cream, sausage slices, salt, black pepper, nutmeg and the cooked macaroni.

In an oven tray pour the above mixture then sprinkle the cheese.

In a preheated oven at 400°F bake the macaroni for 20 minutes and serve.
