1 In a large saucepan bring salted water to boil, then add the pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta 2 Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Then add the onions and cook until softened. 3 Add the sausages to the onions and fry for 5-7 minutes. 4 Then add garlic, vinegar, tomatoes, oregano to the saucepan and cook over low-medium heat for 20 minutes. 5 Add the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper to the sauce and mix well. Heat all for 5 minutes. 6 Ready to be served. |
