1 Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the oil. 2 Add the onion, carrots, potatoes and stir for 3 minutes. 3 Then add the mushroom and the celery and stir for 7 minutes. 4 Finally add the sausages, salt, pepper and water. Bring to boil. 5 Lower the heat and cover the pot. Keep cooking for 30 minutes. 6 Ready to be served with baked bread. |
