On the 20th and 21st July Tahira took part in the Ola Birmingham Mela, the largest mela in the UK! We had the chance to meet and interact with many customers as we carried out sampling activities of our chilled products. These products included: Beef salami, Chicken frankfurters and Turkey chorizo.

When the temperature rises and you have the family over, Tahira is the perfect solution for a last-minute BBQ. Our burgers, kebabs and frankfurters are perfect to throw on the grill and save some crucial prep time that can now be spent making memories with the family.

The Mighty burger

Burgers are an essential component of any summer BBQ, whether it be chicken or beef. Tahira Chicken burgers and Tahira Chicken and beef burgers come in packs of 12 or 24, ideal for feeding everyone twice over!

Just grab the burgers from the freezer and grill for around 5 minutes on each side. All your burger needs now is to be made mighty! Here is what we recommend:

• Sesame burger buns
• Any hot sauce of your choice
• Mayonnaise
• Lettuce
• Jalapenos
• Tomatoes
• Red onions
• Cheese

The Succulent kebab

Why spend your time preparing kebabs when Tahira has already done the work for you? Tahira lamb Kofta kebabs and Tahira Chicken Seekh kebabs are a tasty time saver that can be cut up and placed on skewers alongside some vegetables for extra flavour.

The Gourmet Frank-dog

Hotdogs are always a fan favourite at BBQ’s, especially for the kids! We have a delicious variation of the hotdog but using a Tahira Frankfurter. Whether your favourite frankfurters are chilled or frozen, spicy or plain, Tahira Chicken frankfurters are perfect to pop into a bun and top with tasty sauces and toppings.

Here is what we recommend:

• Hotdog buns
• Cheddar cheese
• Sriracha Sauce
• Coleslaw

Over 2 days (13th– 14thOctober) Tahira took part in the Muslim Lifestyle Expo in EventCityManchester.

We distributed samples of Chicken Frankfurters, Turkey Chorizo and Beef Salami, similar to the London Mela.

On the 21stSeptember Tahira took part in a freshersfair event at the University of Hertfordshire.

We distributed samples of our chilled products, beef salami, turkey chorizo and chicken frankfurters, much like the London Mela.

Tahira were invited by Morrisons to take part in the London Mela on the 18^thand 19^thAugust in Southall park.
Sampling chicken frankfurters, turkey chorizo and beef salami was very successful as it allowed consumers to try a range of flavours and showed how innovative the brand is. 
The general consensus was that people, both adults and children of all races and ages, enjoyed the products we had to offer for sampling.
Multiple people returned to our stall for another sample or for more information on where to find our products which displayed a genuine like and interest in Tahira.
