 1.50 kg Collard greens, stemmed and coarsely chopped
 2 Large onions, Sliced
 5 Garlic clove, Finely Sliced
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 ¼ cup Water

In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil, Tahira Beef Salami, onions, garlic for 3-4 minutes until onion is transparent.

Add Collard Greens and mix. Add salt, pepper and water.

Stir occasionally and cook for 10-12 minutes until all of the water is evaporated.

Before serving add the lemon juice.
