1 In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil, Tahira Beef Salami, onions, garlic for 3-4 minutes until onion is transparent. 2 Add Collard Greens and mix. Add salt, pepper and water. 3 Stir occasionally and cook for 10-12 minutes until all of the water is evaporated. 4 Before serving add the lemon juice. |
