 800 g Tahira Pangasius Fillet
 2 Large potatoes, Cut into slices
 2 Large bell peppers, Cut into thick slices
 3 Garlic gloves
 2 tsp Coriander
 2 tbsp Butter, Melted
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Black pepper

Preheat the oven over medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, bell papers, butter, 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper.

Spread the mixed vegetables in an oven tray then top with the pangasius fillets.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, coriander.

Spread the mixture over the fish and the vegetables.
