1 Defrost the Shrimps and dry. 2 Heat the oil for deep frying. 3 In a bowl, mix the beaten egg, cold water, flour, salt, black pepper and curry. 4 Coat all the shrimps with the batter. 5 Remove any excess batter from the shrimps. 6 Add the shrimps to the hot oil. Fry until golden and crisp. 7 Very delicious with Soya sauce. |
