 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
 1 cup Bell pepper, Cut small cubes
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Black pepper
 3 Large tomatoes, Cut small cubes

In a preheated oven at 350°F, bake Tahira Chicken Grills with 4 Peppers for 15 minutes.

Cut the chicken into small cubes.

Place a tortilla and sprinkle cheese as required, then add bell pepper, sweet corn, tomatoes and chicken then add another layer of cheese.

Sprinkle salt and pepper. Fold in half.

Preheat a skillet over low heat. Place in the quesadilla and lightly press down. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Ready to be served with the delicious guacamole dip.
