1 Heat the kebab in the microwave for 1-2 minutes each side. 2 Place the eggplants directly over the burner on medium heat and roast for about 15 - 20 minutes, turning occasionally. 3 Take off the skin of the eggplants. Chop the eggplants. 4 Add the yoghurt, tahini sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, cumin and olive oil. Mix very well 5 Chop the kebabs in large chunks. 6 Place the eggplant puree in a large plate and top over with the kebabs. |
