1 In a preheated oven at 350°F bake the chicken grills for 15 minutes or until well cooked. 2 In a small bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, yoghurt, 1/2 tsp salt, cumin and garlic 3 In a separate bowl, combine the parsley, onion, 1/2 tsp salt and olive oil. 4 Cut a bun half, Add the parsley salad, then add a chicken steak and finish by topping with the tahini sauce. 5 Redo the above step for the remaining buns. |
