1 In a saucepan heat the olive oil. 2 Add the onions and cook until lightly brown. 3 Add the chicken pieces, salt, black pepper, cinnamon sticks and the garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. 4 Now add the water and the Moulikia. Cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. 5 Add the coriander and lemon juice. 6 Serve with a serving dish of cooked rice. |
