ORIENTAL VEGETABLE SPRING ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

Pastry:Wheat Flour, Corn Starch Powder, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Salt.

Filling: Mixed Vegetables 44.78% (Cabbage, Carrot, Green Papaya), Tomato Sauce [Tomato Paste, Sugar, Water, Onion, Starch Powder, Salt, Red Chili, Acidity Regulators (Acetic Acid, Citric Acid), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sodium Benzoate, Permitted Food Colour (Canthaxanthin)], Spices (Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chili, Kashmiri Chili, White Pepper), Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Sugar, White Vinegar, Soya Sauce (Water, Concentrated Soya Paste, Salt, Mono Sodium Glutamate, Soya Sauce Flavour, Sodium Benzoate), Salt.

TO PREPARE

Frying: Heat oil to 180°C/356°F, deep fry frozen Spring Rolls for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve hot.

Air fryer: 1. Start by brushing the Spring Rolls with oil. Meanwhile, preheat your air fryer by running it at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. 2. Place the Spring Rolls in the air fryer basket and fry for 4 minutes at 400°F (200°C) 3. Bring out the basket and turn the Spring Rolls. Then place back in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 400°F (200°C).

STORAGE

Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
