1 In a saucepan, heat the oil and onions until transparent. 2 Add the chicken cubes and fry until golden. 3 Then add the garlic, tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, water and okra. 4 Bring to boil, then add salt, black pepper, and all spices. 5 Cover and over low heat for 25 minutes. |
