1 Heat kebab in the microwave for 1-2 minutes each side. 2 Preheat grill pan over high heat. Spray fat, then grill the tomatoes and the chillies for 2 minutes on each side. 3 Combine parsley, onion, and sumac 4 Spread Lebanese bread with the garlic sauce. Add the parsley salad, kebabs, tomatoes, chillies, pickles, lettuce and the potato chips. Then wrap. 5 Repeat the above step for the remaining wraps. 6 Serve and share with friends. |
